Very friendly and knowledgeable saleswoman. The store also offers a wide selection. Especially convenient parking right in front of Fressnapf. I can definitely recommend it.

Whenever I've needed to buy something at Fressnapf, I've always been greeted very warmly and, if needed, given consistently competent advice. I've never felt uncomfortable there. All Fressnapf employees have always been friendly and helpful, even right before closing time, and have never made me feel like I was running late. Truly unbeatable! Countless other companies could learn a thing or two from them!

The workers take pride in their store. They are extremely helpful with everything, even problems with their app. Very seldom have we been treated with this much friendliness in any store here in Germany. Good selection and quality.

Perfect service, very helpful personnel, knowledgeable and ready to explain everything. Never encountered any issues with waiting times, maybe people should change their attitudes towards cashiers who try their best to provide service without making a mistake that will cost their customers money. When you buy stuff, prepare to spend some time to allow people to do their job.

I don't live in Tubingen anymore, but every time I visit, this is one of my first stops! It is easy to find almost every product here - healthy, affordable, and well-stocked. The dog biscuits are absolutely fantastic! The staff is always friendly and helpful, which makes shopping here even better.

Helpful staff, excellent service and good range of products. Bit hard to find at first. Needs better signage at street level.
